How do I order?

Order by adding a "base" to your cart with the correct amount of lettering. Then, add any add ons you'd like under the "add-on" category. If you're having trouble deciding what to add to your cart, dm me on instagram @wildfolklumber and I can help you or just send you an invoice for exactly what you'd like.

How do I choose my color options/fonts?
Please review our order options before purchasing and have them figured out so you can email me them right after your purchase. You do not have to have your colors and fonts decided, but please have an idea of what you would like to make the mockup process smoother. Please include stain color, lettering, fonts, and font colors. If you added an add on option to your cart like a wood cut out or an overlay, please indicate which overlay or cutout you would like. 

 What if I have a discount code to use & its not working?

My only advice is to place your order anyway and email me after and I can refund you the amount your discount code should have taken off. Its important to get your order in so you get your place in line. I cannot take orders after our capacity is filled. View it as making a deposit to ensure your place in line. 

When do I receive a mockup?
A mockup will be sent to you within 1-4 business days after your email with your order details has been sent. If you do not receive a mock-up within that time frame, please send us an email to check and make sure that we received it. 

 What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. You will receive a notification & tracking info when your order ships.

Can I see this font with this font? (Before purchasing)

To make the mockup process smoother after you've purchased, we have created a font preview tool to try out fonts beforehand. You can do this on your own visiting this page

 

Return Policy:

Signs:

Due to the nature of our signs being completely custom made, we do not offer returns. If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us so we can discuss how to make it right. Full refunds can only be given before the mockup process has started. Once the mockup process has started, you are fully committed to purchasing. Your order can be delayed as long as needed.

Jewelry:

We offer free returns on our jewelry within 30 days of purchasing. Items must have original packaging (earring card & box) Please contact us via email so we can send you a return label to send back. Please package carefully to avoid damage. We do not offer exchanges on most of our jewelry because we may not have more in stock. Because of jewelry that is made of wood being so fragile, it is possible that it eventually may break. If your jewelry breaks, please contact us with a photo to let us know. (this feedback helps us better our products!) We will send you a diy fix it kit with new jump rings, earring hooks, instructions or wood pieces etc. to help you fix your jewelry. Turnaround for these kits (depending on what you need) MAY take 2-3 weeks to ship.
